Who is The Sparkling Wax Co?

We are based in Hull, East Yorkshire and we hand make all our wax melt products on-site. We use the highest quality Soy Wax to ensure you are receiving a safe and organic wax product. While we can’t guarantee all of our products are organic, we can at least tell you that our wax is!

When deciding what products to sell, I had to follow my heart. I’ve always preferred burning wax melts than burning candles because it means I can have lots of varieties of scents on hand to mix-and-match with my burner, this is a lot harder with candles because of the space they take up!

What is your delivery policy?

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our standard delivery charge is £1.99 and we dispatch using Royal Mail 1st Class. Standard Deliver usually takes 2-3 working days.

This can’t be guaranteed during busy times such as Christmas.

What is our returns policy if I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to begin the return process please e-mail returns@thesparklingwaxco.co.uk. We cannot supply return shipping labels and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Please retain your proof-of-postage until you’ve received confirmation from us that we’ve received the items.

What happens if my order has arrived damaged or I receive an incorrect item?

Please send pictures to returns@thesparklingwaxco.co.uk with details and pictures of the damaged/faulty products, please do this as soon as possible but within at least 28 days of purchase. We will ensure this is corrected as soon as possible.

How do I complain about my order?

While we strive to provide you with the best customer experience we understand that in order to do so we must have a clear complaints policy. As a starting point we ask you to communicate your grievance with us and we ask you to contact us by:
